The Iranian Human Rights Organisation reported on 16 February 2026 that Amirhossein Saeedi, a 19-year-old from Tehran, was killed by direct gunfire during the protests in December 2025 in Tehran. It has been reported that his family has been pressured to declare him a Basij martyr.
Amirhossein Saeedi, born on 11 May 2006 and a computer engineering student, was shot near the Soleimanieh petrol station on Pirouzi Street in Tehran on 9 January 2026 and passed away that night at Fajr Hospital on Pirouzi Street.
Reports indicate that officers began shooting on the night of the incident, and Amirhossein fell to the ground two metres from his father. His father carried his injured son into a house, but officers entered the house to take the injured protester. It is said that the officers initially pointed a gun at Amirhossein's father and asked about his relationship with the injured person. After the father's resistance and fearing the people, they eventually left them. Amirhossein's father took him to Fajr Hospital.
At the hospital, Amirhossein's admission was difficult, and it was reported that the doctor improperly positioned him, blocking the blood flow to his throat. After Amirhossein's death, his mobile phone was initially not returned to his father, but after insistence, the phone and a green rosary that was with him were returned. His body was transferred to the morgue, and at the hospital management, he was initially registered as unidentified, but after his father's protest, his details were recorded.
Amirhossein's body was transferred to Behesht-e Zahra, and his family was given a family grave to prevent a large gathering. It has been reported that local Basij members, a member of parliament, and representatives from the Martyrs Foundation and the governor's office visited his family and threatened them to declare Amirhossein a Basij martyr.
In Amirhossein Saeedi's burial permit, the cause of death was recorded as "impact of high-speed projectile objects on the body." Reports indicate that his body was moved to Kahrizak and then to Behesht-e Zahra. The Saeedi family has faced numerous threats and pressures since then, which continue to this day.
سازمان حقوق بشر ایران در تاریخ 27 بهمن 1404 گزارش داده است که امیرحسین سعیدی، جوان ۱۹ ساله تهرانی، در جریان اعتراضات دی ماه 1404 در تهران با شلیک مستقیم گلوله کشته شده است. گفته می شود که خانواده او تحت فشارهای امنیتی برای اعلام او به عنوان شهید بسیجی قرار گرفته اند.
امیرحسین سعیدی، متولد 21 اردیبهشت 1385 و دانشجوی مهندسی کامپیوتر، در تاریخ 19 دی ماه نزدیک پمپ بنزین سلیمانیه در خیابان پیروزی تهران با شلیک گلوله زخمی شد و همان شب در بیمارستان فجر در خیابان پیروزی تهران جان باخت.
گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که مأموران در شب حادثه شروع به تیراندازی کردند و امیرحسین در فاصله دو متری پدرش بر زمین افتاد. پدر او پیکر زخمی پسرش را به داخل خانه ای برد، اما مأموران وارد خانه شدند تا معترض زخمی را با خود ببرند. گفته می شود که مأموران ابتدا اسلحه بر سر پدر امیرحسین گذاشته و نسبت او را با زخمی پرسیده بودند. سپس با مقاومت پدر امیرحسین و از ترس مردم، در نهایت آنها را رها کردند. پدر امیرحسین پسرش را به بیمارستان فجر برد.
در بیمارستان، پذیرش امیرحسین با دشواری انجام شد و گزارش شده است که دکتر او را به طرز نادرستی خوابانده و خون راه گلویش را بسته است. پس از جان باختن امیرحسین، ابتدا موبایل او به پدرش تحویل داده نشد، اما پس از اصرار، گوشی و تسبیح سبز رنگی که همراهش بود، به او بازگردانده شد. پیکر او به سردخانه منتقل شد و در مدیریت بیمارستان به جای اسمش، او را مجهول الهویه ثبت کرده بودند که با اعتراض پدرش، مشخصات او ثبت شد.
پیکر امیرحسین به بهشت زهرا منتقل شد و به خانواده او قبر خانوادگی داده شد تا جمعیت زیادی جمع نشود. گزارش شده است که افرادی از بسیج محل، نماینده مجلس و بنیاد شهید و فرمانداری به خانواده او مراجعه کرده و آنها را تهدید کرده اند که باید امیرحسین را شهید بسیجی اعلام کنند.
در جواز دفن امیرحسین سعیدی، علت مرگ او «اصابت اجسام پرتابه ای پرسرعت به بدن» ثبت شده است. گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که پیکر او به کهریزک منتقل و سپس به بهشت زهرا برده شده است. خانواده سعیدی از آن زمان با تهدیدها و فشارهای بسیاری مواجه بوده اند که همچنان ادامه دارد.
