Reports indicate that Zaniar Fattahian, a resident of Bukan in West Azerbaijan Province, has been sentenced by the judge of Branch 101 of the Criminal Court 2 of Bukan to one year and six months of imprisonment. This sentence was issued due to charges of engaging in propaganda activities against the regime and inciting people with the intent to disrupt national security.
Zaniar Fattahian was arrested by security forces on 16 November 2023. After being transferred to a detention centre of one of the security agencies and undergoing interrogation and being informed of the charges, he was released on bail in early December 2023.

زانیار فتاحیان در تاریخ ۲۵ آبان ۱۴۰۲ توسط نیروهای امنیتی دستگیر و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه یکی از نهادهای امنیتی و طی مراحل بازجویی و تفهیم اتهام، در اوایل دی ۱۴۰۲ با تودیع وثیقه آزاد شد.
