Tuba Moradi Moghui, known as "Tina," was previously sentenced to three years of imprisonment by Branch 28 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court. She was among those arrested during the protests in the Tehran Bazaar in December 2025. Reports indicate that she spent approximately three months in Qarchak and Evin prisons before being temporarily released on bail. With the referral of her case to the enforcement of sentences, the likelihood of her sentence being carried out and her return to prison has increased.
The charges against her include "assembly and collusion against national security" and "insulting the leadership." Her case also involves allegations of membership in several Telegram groups. Her associates have denied these claims, asserting that her arrest was due to her participation in the Tehran Bazaar protests and her social media posts supporting public demands and protesting against rising prices.
Tuba Moradi Moghui, born in 1987, is a mother of two and the head of her household, working as a vendor in the Tehran Bazaar. It has been reported that two mobile phones, her national ID card, and her driver's licence were confiscated during her arrest and have not yet been returned to her.
طوبی مرادی موگوئی، معروف به «تینا»، از بازداشت شدگان اعتراضات دی ماه 1404 در بازار تهران، پیش تر از سوی شعبه 28 دادگاه انقلاب تهران به سه سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شده بود. گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که او حدود سه ماه را در زندان های قرچک و اوین سپری کرده و سپس با تودیع وثیقه به طور موقت آزاد شده است. با ارجاع پرونده به اجرای احکام، احتمال اجرای حکم و بازگرداندن او به زندان افزایش یافته است.
اتهام های مطرح شده علیه او شامل «اجتماع و تبانی علیه امنیت کشور» و «اهانت به رهبری» است. همچنین در پرونده او ادعای عضویت در چند گروه تلگرامی مطرح شده است. نزدیکان او این ادعا را رد کرده و تأکید دارند که بازداشت وی در پی حضور در اعتراضات بازار تهران و انتشار مطالبی در حمایت از مطالبات مردمی و اعتراض به گرانی در شبکه های اجتماعی صورت گرفته است.
طوبی مرادی موگوئی، متولد 1366، مادر دو فرزند و سرپرست خانوار است و به عنوان فروشنده در بازار تهران فعالیت می کند. گزارش شده است که دو تلفن همراه، کارت ملی و گواهینامه او هنگام بازداشت ضبط شده و همچنان به وی بازگردانده نشده است.
