On 16 October 2016, an individual and a relative were arrested at their private residence in Kamyaran by Ministry of Intelligence forces. Following the initial arrest, the individual was transferred to the Sanandaj Intelligence Detention Centre, then to Kamyaran Prison, and finally to the Central Prison of Sanandaj.
The individual has been imprisoned for nearly 10 years without leave and continues to be denied this right. The charges include complicity in armed rebellion, complicity in murder, and collaboration with the Democratic Party of Iranian Kurdistan, resulting in sentences of 25 years and 30 years respectively. The total sentence amounts to 51 years of imprisonment.
Reports indicate that repeated requests for leave and transfer to Kamyaran Prison have been denied due to political reasons. Additionally, there have been reports of psychological and physical torture at the Sanandaj Intelligence Detention Centre.
در تاریخ 25 مهر 1395، وی به همراه یکی از بستگانش در منزل شخصی اش در کامیاران توسط نیروهای وزارت اطلاعات بازداشت شد. پس از بازداشت اولیه، به بازداشتگاه اطلاعات سنندج منتقل و سپس به زندان کامیاران و در نهایت به زندان مرکزی سنندج انتقال یافت.
این فرد نزدیک به 10 سال بدون مرخصی در حبس به سر می برد و همچنان از حق مرخصی محروم است. اتهامات وی شامل معاونت در بغی و معاونت در قتل و همکاری با حزب دمکرات کردستان است که به ترتیب به 25 سال و 30 سال حبس محکوم شده است. مجموع احکام وی به 51 سال حبس تعزیری می رسد.
گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که درخواست های مکرر وی برای مرخصی و انتقال به زندان کامیاران به دلیل مسائل سیاسی رد شده است. همچنین گزارش هایی از شکنجه روانی و جسمی در بازداشتگاه اطلاعات سنندج منتشر شده است.
