On 16 October 2016, an individual was arrested along with Mahmoud Sadeghi by the Ministry of Intelligence forces. The main charges included membership and collaboration with a political party. Additionally, there were allegations of involvement in the premeditated murder of three Kurdish citizens. These charges were linked to the deaths of several members of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in the region. Other criminal charges, such as complicity in murder and injuries with a weapon, were also brought forward, resulting in lengthy prison sentences.
It has been reported that the individual was held in solitary confinement for months under physical and psychological pressure. Confessions were broadcast in a television documentary, which the family and lawyer claimed were made under duress.
The Revolutionary Court of Sanandaj issued a death sentence on charges of rebellion, which was upheld by the Supreme Court in July 2020. The execution was carried out secretly at dawn on 19 December 2021 in Sanandaj Prison. The family was not informed of the execution or given a final meeting, and the body was not returned to them.
در تاریخ 25 مهر 1395، وی به همراه محمود صادقی توسط نیروهای وزارت اطلاعات بازداشت شد. اتهامات اصلی شامل عضویت و همکاری با یک حزب سیاسی بود. همچنین، اتهاماتی مبنی بر مشارکت در قتل عمد سه نفر از شهروندان کرد مطرح شد. این اتهامات با کشته شدن چند عضو سپاه پاسداران در منطقه مرتبط بود. اتهامات کیفری دیگری نیز مانند معاونت در قتل و جراحات با سلاح مطرح شد که منجر به صدور احکام طولانی حبس شد.
گزارش شده است که این فرد ماه ها در سلول انفرادی تحت فشارهای جسمی و روانی قرار گرفت. اعترافات او در یک مستند تلویزیونی پخش شد که خانواده و وکیل او آن را تحت فشار دانسته اند.
دادگاه انقلاب سنندج حکم اعدام را به اتهام بغی صادر کرد و این حکم در مرداد 1399 توسط دیوان عالی تأیید شد. اعدام در سحرگاه 28 آذر 1400 به صورت مخفیانه در زندان سنندج انجام شد. خانواده این فرد از اجرای حکم و آخرین ملاقات مطلع نشدند و جنازه نیز به خانواده تحویل داده نشد.
