قاضی شرع آقای جمیل یخچالی و ١٠ نفر دیگر را "مفسد فی الارض" نامید و محکوم به اعدام کرد. ساعت ٤ و نیم بعد از ظهر روز ٥ شهریور ١٣٥٨ آنان به مکان اعدام در فرودگاه سنندج برده شدند و در مقابل جوخه اعدام قرار گرفتند.

Jamil was born into a crowed family in Sanandaj and became politically active at the age of 16.
After the revolution, he joined the people's Fadaian organization. A few months after the Islamic Revolution, he was shot along with 11 other after a field 20 minutes trial at the Sanandaj airport.
Horrific images of this brutal execution were published in Iranian newspapers.
On 5 Shahrivar 1358, a judge declared Mr. Jamil Yakhchali and ten others as "corruptors on earth" and sentenced them to death. At 4:30 in the afternoon, they were taken to the execution site at Sanandaj Airport and faced the firing squad.
