روزنامه اطلاعات اتهام آقای پیروالی را قتل یک نانوا و پسرش در فروردین ماه 1358 در سنندج گزارش کرد (٦ شهریور ١٣٥٨).
گزارش شده است که در تاریخ 5 شهریور 1358، آقای عیسی پیروالی و 10 نفر دیگر به اتهام "افساد فی الارض" محکوم به اعدام شدند. در ساعت 4 و نیم بعد از ظهر همان روز، آنان به مکان اعدام در فرودگاه سنندج منتقل شدند و در مقابل جوخه اعدام قرار گرفتند.

A report from a newspaper indicated that Mr. Pirvali was accused of the murder of a baker and his son in Sanandaj in Farvardin 1358. It was reported that on 5 Shahrivar 1358, Mr. Isa Pirvali and ten others were sentenced to death on charges of "corruption on earth." On the same day, at 4:30 in the afternoon, they were transferred to the execution site at Sanandaj Airport and faced the firing squad.
