امیل رزاقی (۱۳۹۱-۱۳۹۸)، فرزند دوم راحله و میکه و برادر کوچک تر اریک بود.
او در دی ماه ۱۳۹۸ به همراه پدر، مادر و برادرش برای گذراندن تعطیلات ژانویه به ایران آمد. اما در سحرگاه ۱۸ دی ۱۳۹۸، در فاجعه ی پرواز PS752 به همراه پدر و مادر و برادرش مسافران پرواز PS752 بودند، که با شلیک موشک های سپاه پاسداران در آسمان تهران سرنگون شد، و او همراه دیگر مسافران جان باخت.

He was a passenger on Ukraine International Airlines Flight PS752. On 8 January 2020, the aircraft, operating a scheduled passenger service from Tehran to Kyiv, was shot down shortly after takeoff by air defense missiles fired by Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, killing all 176 people on board.
Emil Razaghi (2012–2020) was the second child of Raheleh and Mikael and the younger brother of Erik.
In January 2020, he traveled to Iran with his father, mother, and brother to spend the January holidays. However, in the early hours of 8 January 2020, he and his parents and brother were among the passengers aboard Ukraine International Airlines Flight PS752, which was shot down over Tehran by missiles fired by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). Emil was killed along with all the other passengers and crew on board.
