According to human rights sources, Dalir Zahedi Pour from Marivan County in Kurdistan Province remains in a state of uncertainty without access to the basic rights of an accused individual. Reports indicate that the family of Dalir Zahedi Pour has been unable to obtain precise information about the reasons for his arrest, his place of detention, and the charges against him, despite approaching security agencies in Marivan County. Dalir Zahedi Pour was arrested by security forces in front of his home on 26 January 2024 and was transferred to a detention centre of one of the security agencies for interrogation.
