Reports indicate that on 4 April 2024, Soran Bangini, the son of Rasoul and a resident of Oshnavieh County in West Azerbaijan Province, was arrested to serve his custodial sentence and transferred to the county's prison.
It has been stated that Soran Bangini was initially detained by the Oshnavieh County Intelligence Office forces in July 2022 during his wedding ceremony. After undergoing interrogation and investigation, he was released on bail pending the completion of legal proceedings.
During the trial phase, this individual was tried by a judge at the Oshnavieh Revolutionary Court and sentenced to three months of custodial imprisonment.
به گزارش ها، در 16 فروردین 1403، سوران بنگینی، فرزند رسول و شهروند شهرستان اشنویه در استان آذربایجان غربی، برای سپری کردن دوران حبس تعزیری خود بازداشت و به زندان آن شهرستان منتقل شد.
گفته شده است که سوران بنگینی در تیر ماه 1401، در جریان مراسم دامادی خود، توسط نیروهای اداره اطلاعات شهرستان اشنویه بازداشت و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی و بازپرسی با تودیع قرار وثیقه تا اتمام مراحل دادرسی آزاد شده بود.
در مرحله دادرسی، این شهروند توسط قاضی شعبه دادگاه انقلاب اشنویه محاکمه و به تحمل 3 ماه حبس تعزیری محکوم شد.
