Nasrollah Fallahi was arrested in Shiraz on 14 November 2022, along with his daughter, Arghavan, and transferred to Isfahan prison. His son, Ardavan, had been arrested during protests in Isfahan on 3 November 2022. On 12 February 2023, after two months of interrogation in Isfahan prison, he was moved to solitary confinement in Ward 209 of Evin Prison and then transferred to Ward 4 of Evin after one month. It has been reported that legal representation for him and his two children was obstructed.
It has been stated that there was prevention of legal representation and access to the case files for the defendants facing various charges. Nasrollah Fallahi remained detained without resolution in Evin Prison for six months, and his release on bail was denied.
On 9 July 2023, Nasrollah Fallahi's legal case was referred to the Tehran Revolutionary Court, and he awaited the assignment of a branch and the scheduling of his trial. His charges included membership in opposition groups and propaganda activities against the Islamic Republic. It was also announced that the charges of "moharebeh" (waging war against God) and "corruption on earth" were removed from his indictment.
Nasrollah Fallahi, a 70-year-old political prisoner, was released from Evin Prison on 2 August 2026, upon completing his sentence. It has been reported that he was freed on 2 August 2026.
نصرالله فلاحی در تاریخ 23 آبان 1401 در شیراز به همراه دخترش ارغوان دستگیر و به زندان اصفهان منتقل شد. پسر او، اردوان، در تاریخ 12 آبان در تظاهرات در اصفهان دستگیر شده بود. در 23 بهمن 1401، پس از دو ماه بازجویی در زندان اصفهان، به سلول انفرادی در بند 209 زندان اوین منتقل شد و پس از یک ماه به بند 4 اوین منتقل گردید. گزارش شده است که از اعلام وکالت او و دو فرزندش ممانعت به عمل آمده است.
گفته شده است که از اعلام وکالت و مطالعه پرونده موکلین با اتهامات مختلف ممانعت شده است. نصرالله فلاحی پس از 6 ماه در زندان اوین به صورت بلاتکلیف زندانی بوده و از آزادی او با وثیقه جلوگیری شده است.
در تاریخ 18 تیر 1402، پرونده قضایی نصرالله فلاحی به دادگاه انقلاب تهران ارجاع شد و او در انتظار تعیین شعبه و تاریخ برگزاری جلسه دادرسی خود بود. اتهامات او شامل عضویت در گروه های مخالف نظام و فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام جمهوری اسلامی ذکر شده است. همچنین، حذف اتهامات محاربه و افساد فی الارض از کیفرخواست او اعلام شده است.
نصرالله فلاحی، زندانی سیاسی ۷۰ ساله، در تاریخ 11 مردادماه با پایان دوران محکومیت خود از زندان اوین آزاد شد. گزارش شده است که او در تاریخ 11 مرداد 1405 از زندان اوین آزاد گردید.
