آرین حسینی تتوآرتیست ساکن تهران روز ۱۹ دی ماه در شرق تهران بازداشت شد و با گذشت بیش از یک ماه از زمان دستگیری همچنان هیچ اطلاع روشنی از اتهامات روند قضایی یا وضعیت آزادی او منتشر نشده است.
بر اساس روایت خانواده پدر آرین حسینی در ۱۸ دی ماه بر اثر اصابت گلوله مجروح شده بود و آرین روز بعد در جست وجوی پدرش به بیمارستان ها مراجعه می کرد. گفته می شود هنگام مراجعه به یکی از بیمارستان های نزدیک سیدخندان که به نیروهای نظامی نسبت داده می شود پس از بررسی تلفن همراهش و وجود فیلم و عکس توسط ماموران بازداشت شده است.
به گفته نزدیکان او تنها دو بار تماس کوتاه با خانواده داشته و اعلام کرده همراه حدود صد نفر دیگر در بازداشت به سر می برد. با وجود برخی پیگیری ها از جمله درخواست ارائه فیش حقوقی از سوی مراجع مرتبط تاکنون هیچ خبر قطعی درباره برگزاری دادگاه یا امکان آزادی وی ارائه نشده است.
همچنین گزارش شده که پدر او با نام محمد پس از انتقال از بیمارستان به زندان فشافویه منتقل شده است. ادامه بی اطلاعی از وضعیت این پدر و پسر نگرانی خانواده را افزایش داده است.
Arian Hosseini, a tattoo artist residing in Tehran, was arrested on January 9 in eastern Tehran. More than a month has passed since his arrest, and still, no clear information has been released regarding the charges, the legal proceedings, or the possibility of his release.
According to the family's account, Arian Hosseini's father was injured by a bullet on January 8. The next day, Arian was visiting hospitals in search of his father. It is said that when he visited one of the hospitals near Seyyed Khandan, which is attributed to military forces, he was arrested by officers after they checked his mobile phone and found videos and photos.
According to his close associates, he has only had two brief phone calls with his family, during which he stated that he is being held along with about a hundred other people. Despite some follow-ups, including a request for a payslip from the relevant authorities, no definitive news about the court proceedings or the possibility of his release has been provided so far.
It has also been reported that his father, named Mohammad, was transferred from the hospital to Fashafuyeh Prison. The continued lack of information about the status of this father and son has increased the family's concern.
