شعبه ۳۶ دادگاه تجدیدنظر استان تهران در تاریخ ۲۶ شهریور ۱۴۰۴ احکام سنگین پنج نوکیش مسیحی، از جمله ابوالفضل (بنیامین) احمدزاده خاجانی، حسام الدین (یحیی) جنیدی و مرتضی (کالوین) فقان پور ساسی را تأیید کرد. آنها مجموعا به بیش از ۴۰ سال زندان محکوم شدند. این پنج نوکیش مسیحی به همراه دست کم دو نفر دیگر، خرداد ۱۴۰۳ در شهرهای ورامین و پیشوا بازداشت شدند و بین یک تا شش ماه در زندان اوین تحت بازداشت بودند.

A Christian convert had previously been sentenced by Branch 1 of the Varamin Revolutionary Court to 8 years and 1 months in prison.
The 36th branch of the Tehran Court of Appeals confirmed heavy sentences on 17 September 2025 for five Christian converts, including Abolfazl (Benjamin) Ahmadzadeh Khajani, Hesameddin (Yahya) Janidi, and Morteza (Calvin) Faqanpour Sasi. They were sentenced to a total of more than 40 years in prison. These five Christian converts, along with at least two others, were arrested in June 2024 in the cities of Varamin and Pishva and were held in Evin Prison for a period ranging from one to six months.
