On Saturday, May 30, 2026, Tina Deljou, a women’s rights activist, university lecturer, and Gilak social activist, was arrested to begin serving her one-year prison sentence and transferred to the women’s ward of Lakan Prison in Rasht.
On August 27, 2025, it was reported that Tina Deljoo, a social media activist residing in Rasht, the capital of Gilan Province, was sentenced by the judge of Branch 3 of the Revolutionary Court of Rasht to one year of imprisonment and a two-year travel ban.
According to the verdict issued by the judge of Branch 3 of the Revolutionary Court of Rasht, Tina Deljoo was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for "propaganda activities against the regime through publishing content on social media" and additionally received a two-year travel ban as a supplementary punishment.
The court session for Tina Deljoo's indictment was held in late August 2025, by the judge of Branch 3 of the Revolutionary Court of Rasht, and the verdict was communicated to her on August 19, 2025.
This citizen from Gilan Province had previously, on January 29, 2024, reported to the enforcement branch of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office of Rasht to serve her sentence. After being detained, she was transferred to Rasht's Lakan Central Prison but was later released with an electronic bracelet following the approval of the Rasht prosecutor. However, on October 30, 2024, she was re-arrested due to objections to continuing her sentence under judicial supervision and was transferred back to Rasht's Lakan Central Prison, from which she was released after completing her sentence.
In her first legal case, she was tried by the judge of Branch 3 of the Revolutionary Court of Rasht and was later sentenced to one year of imprisonment for "propaganda activities against the regime."
This civil activist was arrested by security forces in Rasht in the fall of 2022. After being transferred to the interrogation branch of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office in the city and being charged, she was eventually released on bail until the final court ruling was issued.

روز شنبه ۹ خرداد ۱۴۰۵، تینا دلجو، فعال حقوق زنان، مدرس دانشگاه و از فعالان اجتماعی گیلک، جهت اجرای حکم یک سال حبس تعزیری خود بازداشت و به بند زنان زندان لاکان رشت منتقل شد.
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به تاریخ ۵ شهریورماه ۱۴۰۴، طی روزهای گذشته، تینا دلجو، فعال فضای مجازی، ساکن شهر رشت مرکز استان گیلان، توسط قاضی شعبه ۳ دادگاه انقلاب شهر رشت، به تحمل ۱ سال حبس تعزیری و ۲ سال منع خروج از کشور، محکوم شد.
براساس دادنامه صادره توسط قاضی شعبه ۳دادگاه انقلاب شهر رشت؛ تینا دلجو، از بابت اتهام «فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام از طریق انتشار مطالب در فضای مجازی» به تحمل ۱ سال حبس تعزیری و بعنوان مجازات تکمیلی هم به ۲ سال منع خروج از کشور، محکوم شده است.
لازم به ذکر است، جلسه دادرسی به کیفرخواست تینادلجو، اواخر مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۴، توسط قاضی شعبه ۳ دادگاه انقلاب شهر رشت، برگزار و دادنامه صادره در تاریخ ۲۸ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۴ به این شهروند ابلاغ شده است.
این شهروند اهل استان گیلان، پیشتر هم در تاریخ ۹ بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۲، برای سپری کردن دوران، حبس تعزیری خود، به شعبه اجرای احکام دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب شهر رشت، مراجعه و پس از بازداشت، به زندان لاکان مرکزی رشت، منتقل شده بود اما چندی بعد با موافقت دادستان رشت، با نصب پابندالکترونیکی، از زندان لاکان رشت آزاد شده بود اما در تاریخ ۸ آبان ماه ۱۴۰۳، در پی مخالفت با ادامه تحمل حبس تحت نظارت قضایی، بازداشت و به زندان لاکان مرکزی رشت، منتقل و چندی بعد در اتمام دوران حبس تعزیری خود آزاد شده بود.
وی در اولین پرونده قضایی خود هم توسط قاضی شعبه ۳ دادگاه انقلاب شهر رشت، محاکمه و چندی بعد از بابت اتهام «فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام» به تحمل ۱ سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شده بود.
این فعال مدنی، در پائیز ۱۴۰۱، توسط نیروهای امنیتی در شهر رشت، دستگیر و پس از انتقال به شعبه بازپرسی در دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب آن شهر و تفهیم اتهام در نهایت با تامین وثیقه صادره تا زمان ابلاغ حکم قطعی دادگاه آزاد شده بود.
