On 18 March 2026, two individuals, Ebrahim Shah Bakhsh from the village of Chah Ahmad in Taftan County, and Naeem Shah Bakhsh from the village of Qaleh Bid in Zahedan County, were arrested by intelligence agency forces on the Narmashir to Qaleh Ganj route. They were accused of collaborating with groups opposing the government. Three days after their arrest, the two individuals contacted their families, informing them that they had been detained by intelligence agency forces and transferred to Zahedan.
