در سال ۱۴۰۲ دو کنشگر آزادی اینترنت، یوسف قبادی و سگارو مفقود شدند. یوسف قبادی به عنوان یک فعال حوزه فناوری و متخصص آی تی برای دسترسی مردم به اینترنت آزاد و حقوق شهروندی کاربران فعالیت می کرد. یوسف قبادی توسعه دهنده ی Oblivion بود که امکان استفاده از کلودفلر وارپ را در ایران فراهم می کرد. سگارو نیز در زمینه آموزش مباحث مربوط به شبکه و وی پی ان فعالیت داشت. گزارش هایی از برخی خبرنگاران معتبر حاکی از آن است که یوسف قبادی در ۲۲ بهمن ۱۴۰۳ دستگیر شده است. برخی گزارش ها از برخی خبرنگاران معتبر حاکی از آن است که یوسف قبادی در ۲۲ بهمن ۱۴۰۳ آزاد شده است، اما خبرگزاری های بزرگ هنوز این خبر را تأیید نکرده اند.
In 2023, two internet freedom activists, Yousef Ghobadi and Segaro, went missing. Yousef Ghobadi was known as a technology activist and IT specialist who worked to provide people with access to free internet and to protect users' civil rights. He was the developer of Oblivion, which enabled the use of Cloudflare Warp in Iran. Segaro was involved in teaching topics related to networking and VPNs. Reports from some credible journalists indicate that Yousef Ghobadi was arrested on 11 February 2025. There are also reports suggesting that he was released on the same day, but major news agencies have not yet confirmed this information.
