سوم اسفند ۱۴۰۴؛ گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که بهزاد آذرخش، جوان کرد اهل بجنورد، همچنان در وضعیت بلاتکلیف در زندان بجنورد نگهداری می شود و اطلاع دقیقی از وضعیت او در دست نیست. گفته شده است که بهزاد آذرخش در تاریخ ۲۱ دی ۱۴۰۴ بدون ارائه حکم قضایی توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و به مکان نامعلومی منتقل شد. پس از اتمام بازجویی، او به زندان بجنورد انتقال یافت. تا زمان انتشار این گزارش، هیچ اطلاعی از دلایل بازداشت این جوان کرد منتشر نشده و نیروهای امنیتی در این رابطه توضیحی ارائه نداده اند. همچنین او از حق دسترسی به وکیل و تماس و ملاقات با خانواده محروم است.
