After the consolidation of crimes, it is necessary to serve 3 years and 6 months of imprisonment for Nasim Sultan Beygi.
According to an informed person in a conversation with a human rights reporter in Iran: "In the verdict that was handed down to Mrs. Sultan Beygi today, this journalist was sentenced to 3 years and 7 months in prison for the charge assembly and collusion with the intention of disrupting the security of the country , sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment for the charge of propaganda activity against the regime and as a supplementary punishment to 2 years of ban on leaving the country, 2 years of ban on membership in political, social and cultural parties, groups and categories. .”
It should be noted that Nasim Sultan Beygi was tried on July 3, 2023 by the Tehran Revolutionary Court, and on July 31, 2023, for the charge of assembly and collusion with the intention of disrupting the security of the country . 3 years and 7 months of imprisonment, for the charge of propaganda activity against the regime , each of them to endure 8 months of imprisonment, and as an additional punishment, each of them is banned from leaving the country for 2 years, and 2 years of being banned from joining parties and groups. This journalist and media activist was arrested in the late hours of January 11, 2023, while leaving the country at Tehran International Airport, after confiscation of his passport and transferred to one of the security cells of Evin Prison. On February 6, 2023, he was released on bail, but on May 20, 2023, he was sent to Branch 4 of the Prosecutor's Office to present his defense against the accusations of propaganda activity against the regime and gathering and collusion with the intention of disrupting the country's security . District 33 of Tehran was summoned.
On March 9, 2024, this political prisoner imprisoned in Evin prison was sent on medical leave for a period of 4 months following the approval of the forensic doctor's commission and the issuance of a suspension order.
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، طی روزهای اخیر، نسیم سلطان بیگی، روزنامه نگار و فعال رسانه ای، ساکن تهران، بدون تشکیل جلسه دادرسی توسط قاضی عباسعلی حوزان و مستشار خسرو خلیلی مهدریجی، قضات شعبه ۳۶ دادگاه تجدیدنظر استان تهران، در مجموع به ۴ سال و ۱ ماه و ۱۶ روز حبس تعزیری و مجازات تکمیلی از قبیل منع خروج از کشور، منع عضویت در احزاب، گروهها و دسته جات سیاسی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی، محکوم شده است. پس از اعمال تجمیع جرائم، تحمل ۳ سال و ۶ ماه حبس تعزیری برای نسیم سلطان بیگی لازم به اجرا است.
به نقل از یک فرد مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:” در حکمی که امروز به خانم سلطان بیگی ابلاغ شد این روزنامه نگار از بابت اتهام اجتماع و تبانی به قصد برهم زدن امنیت کشور به ۳ سال و ۷ ماه حبس تعزیری، به اتهام فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام هم به تحمل ۸ ماه حبس تعزیری و بعنوان مجازات تکمیلی هم به ۲ سال ممنوعیت خروج از کشور، ۲ سال ممنوعیت عضویت در احزاب، گروه ها و دسته جات سیاسی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی، محکوم شده است.”
لازم به اشاره است، نسیم سلطان بیگی،در تاریخ ۱۲ تیر ماه ۱۴۰۲، توسط ایمان افشاری، قاضی شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب تهران، محاکمه و در تاریخ ۹ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲، از بابت اتهام اجتماع و تبانی به قصد برهم زدن امنیت کشور به تحمل ۳ سال و ۷ ماه حبس تعزیری، به اتهام فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام هم هر یک به تحمل ۸ ماه حبس تعزیری و بعنوان مجازات تکمیلی هم هر یک به ۲ سال ممنوعیت خروج از کشور، ۲ سال ممنوعیت عضویت در احزاب، گروه ها و دسته جات سیاسی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی، محکوم شده بود.
این روزنامه نگار و فعال رسانه ای، در ساعات پایانی ۲۱ دی ماه ۱۴۰۱، هنگام خروج از کشور در فرودگاه بین المللی تهران، پس از توقیف گذرنامه بازداشت و به یکی از بندهای امنیتی زندان اوین منتقل و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی و تفهیم اتهام در تاریخ ۱۷ بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۱، به قید وثیقه آزاد شد اما در تاریخ ۳۰ اردیبهشت ماه ۱۴۰۲، برای ارائه دفاعیات خود را از بابت اتهامات فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام و اجتماع و تبانی به قصد برهم زدن امنیت کشور به شعبه ۴ بازپرسی دادسرای ناحیه ۳۳ تهران احضار شده بود.
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، امروز شنبه ۱۹ اسفند ماه ۱۴۰۲، نسیم سلطان بیگی، روزنامه نگار، فعال رسانه ای و زندانی سیاسی محبوس در زندان اوین، در پی تائید کمیسیون پزشک قانونی و صدور قرار توقف ادامه حبس، برای مدت ۴ ماه به مرخصی درمانی، اعزام شد.
