نماینده دوره بیست و چهارم مجلس شورای ملی، وزیر کار و امور اجتماعی کابینه هویدا، استاندار فارس در کابینه جمشید آموزگار و پس از آن وزیر مشاور در امور اجرایی در کابینه شریف امامی بود. وی در ۲۰ فروردین ۱۳۵۸ اعدام شد.
A former member of the twenty-fourth session of the National Consultative Assembly, who also served as the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs in Hoveyda's cabinet, held the position of Governor of Fars in Jamshid Amouzegar's cabinet. Subsequently, he was appointed as Minister without Portfolio for Executive Affairs in Sharif-Emami's cabinet. He was executed on 9 April 1979.
