ابوالفضل صالحی سیاوشانی، متولد آذر ۱۳۵۴، از محکومان به اعدام در پرونده آتش سوزی پایگاه بسیج در خیابان نامجو، هم اکنون در زندان قزل حصار نگهداری می شود.
او برادر ابراهیم صالحی سیاوشانی، از کشته شدگان جنگ هشت ساله ایران و عراق است و یک برادر جانباز نیز دارد.
ابوالفضل صالحی سیاوشانی، ساکن کرج، پیش از بازداشت سرپرست خانواده بود. او یک پسر ۱۸ ساله دارد و از طریق کار به عنوان پیک موتوری، هزینه های زندگی خانواده اش را تامین می کرد.
حکم اعدام او همراه با دیگر متهمان این پرونده، از جمله محمدامین بیگلری، یاسر رجایی فر، امیرحسین حاتمی، شاهین واحدپرست و علی فهیم صادر شده است.
