علی بردبار جاوید به همراه دختر نوجوانش شیوا جاوید در اعتراضات شهر مشهد شرکت داشتند. روز ۱۸ دی ۱۴۰۴ پدر هدف گلوله جنگی تروریست های خامنه ای قرار گرفت و کشته شد.
دخترش همان روز ناپدید می شود و پس از روزها جستجو در نهایت با سر و صورتی شکسته و خونین و بدون آنکه جای گلوله ای در بدنش باشد در میان پیکر شهروندان کشته شده دیگر پیدا می شود.
این دختر نوجوان را در اسارت و با ضربات به سر و صورت کشته بودند. شیوا جاوید متولد ۱۳۸۶ بود.
شیوا جاوید فقط ۱۸ سال داشت و به رشته معماری علاقه مند بود و تازه دانشگاه ثبت نام کرده بود

Her family were told by the regime forces that she was killed from concussion. Her dad was killed in a protest on Jan 8th by a knife.

His daughter disappeared the same day, and after days of searching, she was eventually found among the bodies of other slain citizens, with a broken and bloodied face but no bullet wounds on her body. The teenage girl had been killed in captivity by blows to her head and face. Shiva Javid was born in 2007. She was only 18 years old, interested in architecture, and had just enrolled in university.
