به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از کولبرنیوز، روز پنجشنبه ۱۶ فروردین ماه ۱۴۰۳، صالح سخاوت ـ متولد:۱۳۶۹، شهروند اهل شهرستان اشنویه از توابع استان آذربایجان غربی، برای سپری کردن دوران حبس تعزیری خود بازداشت و به زندان آن شهرستان، منتقل شد.
صالح سخاوت ، در جریان مراسم دامادی سوران بنیگینی یکی از متهمان هم پرونده در تیر ماه ۱۴۰۱، پس از بازداشت توسط نیروهای اداره اطلاعات شهرستان اشنویه و طی مراحل بازجویی ها و سپس بازپرسی با تودیع قرار وثیقه تا اتمام مراحل دادرسی آزاد شده بود.
این شهروند، در مرحله دادرسی، توسط قاضی شعبه دادگاه انقلاب اشنویه، محاکمه و برهمین اساس، بە تحمل ٣ ماه حبس تعزیری، سوران بنگینی هم به تحمل ٣ ماه حبس تعزیری،محکوم شد.
