Reports indicate that Mikaeil Manbari, a resident of the village of Neyar near Sanandaj, has been sentenced to a suspended six-year prison term. This sentence was issued by the judge of the first branch of the Revolutionary Court of Sanandaj. According to the ruling, he was sentenced to five years in prison for alleged membership in a Kurdish opposition party and one year for alleged propaganda activities against the Iranian government. Additionally, he is required to report to the Ministry of Intelligence's Supervision and Follow-up Office in Sanandaj every four months.
If this sentence is upheld by the Kurdistan Province Court of Appeal and Article 134 is applied, he will be required to serve five years of the prison sentence.
Mikaeil Manbari was arrested by security forces on 29 June 2022 and transferred to the detention centre of the Kurdistan Province Intelligence Office in Sanandaj. In mid-August of the same year, his detention was extended. He was transferred to Sanandaj Central Prison on 27 August 2022 after the completion of interrogation procedures and was released on bail on 13 September 2022.
گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که میکائیل منبری، اهل روستای نییه ر از توابع سنندج، به ۶ سال حبس تعلیقی محکوم شده است. این حکم توسط قاضی شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب سنندج صادر شده است. بر اساس این حکم، وی به اتهام عضویت در یکی از احزاب کرد مخالف حکومت ایران به ۵ سال حبس و به اتهام فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام به ۱ سال حبس محکوم شده است. همچنین، او موظف است هر ۴ ماه یک بار خود را به اداره نظارت و پیگیری وزارت اطلاعات در سنندج معرفی کند.
در صورت تأیید این حکم در دادگاه تجدیدنظر استان کردستان و اعمال ماده ۱۳۴، تحمل ۵ سال حبس تعزیری برای وی لازم الاجرا خواهد شد.
میکائیل منبری در ۸ تیر ماه ۱۴۰۱ توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و به بازداشتگاه اداره کل اطلاعات استان کردستان در سنندج منتقل شد. در اواسط مردادماه همان سال، قرار بازداشت وی تمدید شد. او در ۵ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۱ پس از اتمام مراحل بازجویی به زندان مرکزی سنندج منتقل و در ۲۲ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۱ با وثیقه آزاد شد.
