In recent days, labor activist Gholamreza Aghdasi, born in 1966, married with children, was sentenced by Judge Iman Afshari of Branch 26 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court to a total of 4 years and 3 months of imprisonment.
According to the issued verdict, Gholamreza Aghdasi was sentenced to 3 years and 7 months in prison for the charge of gathering and colluding with the intent to commit a crime against national security, and to 8 months in prison for the charge of propaganda against the regime.
It is noteworthy that the trial session for Gholamreza Aghdasi's charges was held in Branch 26 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court, where he presented his defense to the judge regarding the mentioned charges.
Reza Aghdasi recently received a summons to attend an interrogation session and was arrested on October 23, 2023, following his appearance at the District 33 Prosecutor's Office in Tehran, where he was charged and subsequently transferred to Ward 4 of Evin Prison.
Earlier, on November 26, 2023, after security forces raided Reza Aghdasi's home, searching and seizing some of his personal belongings such as mobile phones and SIM cards, he was awaiting a summons to the prosecutor's office.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، طی روزهای اخیر، غلامرضا اقدسی، فعال کارگری، متولد: ۱۳۴۵، متاهل، دارای فرزند، توسط ایمان افشاری ـ قاضی شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب تهران، در مجموع به تحمل ۴ سال و ۳ ماه حبس تعزیری محکوم شد.
براساس دادنامه صادره؛ غلامرضا اقدسی، از بابت اتهام اجتماع و تبانی به قصد ارتکاب جرم علیه امنیت کشور به تحمل ۳ سال و ۷ ماه حبس تعزیری و به اتهام فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام هم به تحمل ۸ ماه حبس تعزیری، محکوم شده است.
لازم به اشاره است، جلسه دادرسی به اتهامات غلامرضا اقدسی، در شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب تهران، از بابت اتهامات اجتماع و تبانی به قصد امنیت کشور و فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام برگزار و این فعال کارگری، دفاعیات خود را از بابت اتهاات مذکور به قاضی دادگاه ارائه کرده بود.
رضا اقدسی، چندی پیش ابلاغیه ای را برای حضور در جلسه بازپرسی دریافت کرده بود و در تاریخ ۱ آبان ماه ۱۴۰۲ در پی حضور در دادسرای ناحیه ۳۳ تهران و تفهیم اتهام، بازداشت و به اندرزگاه ۴ زندان اوین، منتقل شد.
پیشتر هم درتاریخ ۵ آذر ماه ۱۴۰۲، پس از یورش نیروهای امنیتی به منزل رضا اقدسی و تفتیش و توقیف برخی لوازم شخصی این فعال کارگری، از قبیل گوشی های تلفن همراه و سیم کارت، وی به در انتظار احضار به دادسرا بود.
رضا اقدسی، از کارگران اخراج شده از شرکت ایران خودرو و با توجه به مشکلاتی که از ناحیه گوش دارد با محدودیت شنوایی مواجه است.
