On the morning of Wednesday, August 23, 2023, Hojatollah Rafiei, a former political prisoner and civil activist residing in Tehran, was arrested by agents of the Sarallah Headquarters affiliated with the IRGC Intelligence. On Monday, December 25, 2023, Hojatollah Rafiei, detained in Ward 4 quarantine section of Evin Prison, will be tried by Iman Afshari, the judge of Branch 26 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court. به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، صبح امروز چهارشنبه ۱ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، حجت الله رافعی، زندانی سیاسی پیشین و فعال مدنی ساکن تهران، توسط ماموران قرارگاه ثارالله وابسته به اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران، بازداشت و برای تشکیل پروده قضایی جدید به بازداشتگاه آن نهاد امنیتی منتقل شد.
به نقل از یک منبع مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”صبح امروز چهارشنبه، چندین مامور امنیتی با یورش به منزل آقای رافعی، ابتدا آن مکان را تتفیش کرده و پس از توقیف و صورت جلسه اقلامی از قبیل گوسی تلفن همراه، فلش ممورری و لپ تاپ، در نهایت آقای رافعی را هم بازداشت کردند.”
تا لحظه تنظیم این خبر، از مکان دقیق نگهداری و مصادیق حقوقی اتهامات جدید منتسب شده به حجت الله رافعی اطلاعی حاصل نشده است.
لازم به اشاره است، حجت الله رافعی، پیشتر هم در تاریخ ۱۵ تیرماه ۱۴۰۰، توسط ماموران اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران، در منزل خود، بازداشت و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه ۲ الف آن ارگان امنیتی و طی مراحل بازجوئی و سپس بازپرسی در دادسرای ناحیه ۳۳ تهران سپس در تاریخ ۲۷ تیرماه ۱۴۰۰، به زندان تهران بزرگ منتقل شده بود.
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، امروز دوشنبه ۱ آبان ماه ۱۴۰۲، حجت الله رافعی، ساکن روستای فرارت از توابع شهرستان شهریار در استان تهران، فعال سیاسی مشروطه خواه و از زندانیان سیاسی پیشین، محبوس و بلاتکلیف در اندرزگاه ۴ زندان اوین، در پی ممانعت اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران ـ بعنوان ضابط امنیتی پرونده اش از اعزام به مرکز درمانی محروم است.
یک فرد نزدیک به خانواده این متهم سیاسی به گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران گفت:”دست چپ آقای رافعی، حدود ۱۰ روز قبل دچار سوختگی شد و در حال حاضر درچار عفونت شده و با توجه به اینکه کیفیت خدمات درمانی بهداری زندان هم مناسب نیست، نیازمند اعزام به بیمارستان و انجام مراحل درمانی تحت نظر پزشک متخصص است اما ضابط امنیتی پرونده وی مانع اعزام شده است.”
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز دوشنبه ۴ دی ماه ۱۴۰۲حجت الله رافعی، محبوس در اندرزگاه ۴ بند قرنطینه زندان اوین، توسط ایمان افشاری ـ قاضی شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب تهران، محاکمه خواهد شد.
به نقل از یک فرد مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”با توجه ابلاغیه ای که برای حجت الله رافعی، ارسال شده این فرد باید ساعت ۱۰ صبح روز دوشنبه ۴ دی ماه ۱۴۰۲، از زندان اوین به شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب تهران، برای ارائه دفاعیات خود در برابر اتهامات توهین به رهبری ، توهین به مقدسات ، توهین به روح الله خمینی ، اجتماع وتبانی به قصد برهم زدن امنیت داخلی وخارجی ، تبلیغ علیه نظام ، تشکیل گروه های عملیاتی و مبارزاتی به قصد کشتار ، ترویج خشونت ، آموزش ساخت کوکتل مولوتوف ، دعوت به اغتشاشات خیابانی ، ارتباط با شبکه های معاند نظام و محاربه اعزام شود.”
