On 3 May 2025, security forces detained Hamzeh Yadiar and his brother at their workplace and home without presenting a judicial warrant. Following their arrest, their father's residence was also searched.
On 5 May 2025, Mousa Yadiar and Hamzeh Yadiar, two Kurdish citizens from the village of Gog Tappeh near Bukan, were temporarily released on bail pending the completion of legal proceedings.
On 11 February 2026, Hamzeh Yadiar, along with his two brothers, Mousa and Naser, were arrested by security forces and transferred to an undisclosed location. It was reported that the security forces detained Mousa and Hamzeh Yadiar in the village of Qarmosali, Bukan, and Naser Yadiar in the village of Dashband, Bukan, without presenting a judicial warrant.
On 12 April 2026, the three brothers were temporarily released from prison on bail. It was reported that during their detention, the brothers were denied access to legal counsel and visitation. After the completion of interrogation procedures, they were transferred from a security detention centre to Bukan prison.
در تاریخ 14 اردیبهشت 1404، نیروهای امنیتی بدون ارائه حکم قضایی به محل کار و منزل حمزه یادیار و برادرش یورش برده و آنها را بازداشت کردند. پس از بازداشت، منزل پدر آنان نیز مورد تفتیش قرار گرفت.
در تاریخ 16 اردیبهشت 1404، موسی یادیار و حمزه یادیار، دو شهروند کرد اهل روستای گوگ تپه از توابع بوکان، با تودیع قرار وثیقه به صورت موقت تا پایان مراحل دادرسی آزاد شدند.
در تاریخ 22 بهمن 1404، حمزه یادیار به همراه دو برادر دیگرش، موسی و ناصر، توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و به مکان نامعلومی منتقل شدند. گزارش شده است که نیروهای امنیتی بدون ارائه حکم قضایی، موسی و حمزه یادیار را در روستای قرموسالی بوکان و ناصر یادیار را در روستای داشبند بوکان بازداشت کرده اند.
در تاریخ 23 فروردین 1405، این سه برادر با تودیع قرار وثیقه به صورت موقت از زندان آزاد شدند. گزارش شده است که در مدت بازداشت، این سه برادر از دسترسی به وکیل و ملاقات محروم بوده و پس از اتمام مراحل بازجویی از یک بازداشتگاه امنیتی به زندان بوکان منتقل شده بودند.
