Naeem Abdollahi, originally from Kermanshah, held a doctorate in law and political science. He worked as an assistant professor at the University of Tehran and was recognised among students as an active and influential figure.
Naeem Abdollahi was actively involved in the protests of December 2017, November 2019, and the nationwide protests of 2022. In December 2017, he was arrested by chance and detained for four months in Evin Prison, where he was interrogated but did not provide any information. Following the 2022 protests, he was dismissed from the university due to his role in organising students at several universities in Tehran. Nevertheless, his activities continued within the framework of resistance groups associated with the People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran.
نعیم عبداللهی، متولد کرمانشاه، دارای مدرک دکترای حقوق و علوم سیاسی بود. وی به عنوان استادیار دانشگاه تهران فعالیت می کرد و در میان دانشجویان به عنوان چهره ای فعال و تأثیرگذار شناخته می شد.
نعیم عبداللهی در اعتراضات دی ۱۳۹۶، آبان ۱۳۹۸ و اعتراضات سراسری ۱۴۰۱ حضور فعال داشت. در دی ۱۳۹۶ به طور تصادفی بازداشت شد و به مدت چهار ماه در زندان اوین نگهداری گردید، جایی که تحت بازجویی قرار گرفت اما اطلاعاتی ارائه نکرد. پس از اعتراضات ۱۴۰۱، به دلیل نقش در سازمان دهی دانشجویان در چند دانشگاه تهران، از دانشگاه اخراج شد. با این حال، فعالیت های او در چارچوب کانون های شورشی وابسته به سازمان مجاهدین ایران خلق ادامه یافت.
