Moharram Chegini Qeshlaq was one of the individuals who lost their lives during the protests in Tehran following the tenth presidential election. He was fatally shot on 15 June 2009 in front of the Basij base in Meqdad.
His body was found in Andisheh Town, and the news of his death was reported to the media seven months later. Witnesses stated that on the day of the burial, officials from the Tehran Governor's Office approached and requested that no information be disclosed about him, who was buried in section 256 of Behesht Zahra.
Approximately one year later, on 20 May 2010, media outlets reported, citing informed sources, that the family was asked to accept blood money and withdraw their complaint.
محرم چگینی قشلاقی یکی از کشته شدگان تظاهرات مردم تهران پس از انتخابات ریاست جمهوری دهم است که ۲۵ خرداد ۱۳۸۸ در مقابل پایگاه بسیج مقداد به ضرب گلوله کشته شد.
جسد وی در شهرک اندیشه یافت شد و خبر مرگ او ۷ ماه بعد به رسانه ها اعلام شد. به گفته شاهدان در روز خاکسپاری از استانداری تهران مراجعه کرده و از آنان خواستند که دربارهٔ وی که در قطعه ۲۵۶ بهشت زهرا دفن شده، اطلاع رسانی نکنند.
حدود یکسال بعد و در ۳۰ اردیبهشت ۱۳۸۹ رسانه ها از قول منابع مطلع نوشتند که از خانواده خواسته شده به گرفتن دیه رضایت داده و از شکایت خود صرف نظر کنند.
