Amirhossein Oveysi, a resident of Canada, was among the passengers on flight PS752. He was a prominent aeronautical engineer from Kermanshah, born in 1978. Amirhossein traveled to Iran with his wife, Sara, and their daughter, Asal, to attend the wedding of Sara's brother and the engagement ceremony of his sister. On their return journey to Toronto, their aircraft was struck by a missile fired by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. The missile strike caused the plane to crash, resulting in the deaths of all passengers on board.

اميرحسين از مهندسين ايروناتيك برجسته كشور بود. او به همراه سارا همسرش و دخترشان عسل براى شركت در مراسم عروسى برادر سارا و مراسم نامزدى خواهرخود به ايران رفته بود كه در راه بازگشت به خانه در تورنتو، هواپيمايشان هدف موشك سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی قرار گرفت. در اثر این شلیک هواپیما سقوط کرد همه مسافران کشته شدند.
