Reports indicate that Saleh Sakhavat, a resident of Oshnavieh County in West Azerbaijan Province, was detained on 4 April 2024 to serve a custodial sentence and was transferred to the county's prison.
Saleh Sakhavat was initially arrested by intelligence officers in Oshnavieh County in July 2022 during the wedding ceremony of Soran Benigini, one of his co-defendants. After undergoing interrogation and investigation, he was released on bail pending the completion of legal proceedings.
During the trial, this individual was tried by a judge at the Oshnavieh Revolutionary Court and sentenced to three months of custodial imprisonment. Soran Benigini was also sentenced to three months of custodial imprisonment.
بر اساس گزارش ها، صالح سخاوت، شهروند اهل شهرستان اشنویه از استان آذربایجان غربی، در 16 فروردین 1403 برای سپری کردن دوران حبس تعزیری خود بازداشت و به زندان آن شهرستان منتقل شد.
صالح سخاوت در تیر ماه 1401 در جریان مراسم دامادی سوران بنیگینی، یکی از متهمان هم پرونده، توسط نیروهای اداره اطلاعات شهرستان اشنویه بازداشت شد. پس از طی مراحل بازجویی و بازپرسی، با تودیع قرار وثیقه تا اتمام مراحل دادرسی آزاد شده بود.
در مرحله دادرسی، این شهروند توسط قاضی شعبه دادگاه انقلاب اشنویه محاکمه و به تحمل 3 ماه حبس تعزیری محکوم شد. سوران بنیگینی نیز به تحمل 3 ماه حبس تعزیری محکوم شد.
