مازیار سلمانیان ۱۵ روز بعد از جشن تولد ۳۵ سالگی اش ۳۱ شهریور ۱۴۰۱ ، کشته شد؛ او در جریان خیزش انقلابی به اعتراضات در رشت پیوست و ماموران با باتون به سرش کوبیدند که منجر به خونریزی مغزی او شد. مازیار یک روز بعدش درگذشت و چون در تدارک مراسم عروسی بود، مردم در تشییع او برایش عروسی گرفتند.
وی همچنین از اعضای کانون هواداران تیم فوتبال سپیدرود رشت و بازیکن سابق تیم فوتبال داماش گیلان بود. او زاده ۱۶ شهریور ۱۳۶۶بود.

Maziar Salmanian was killed 15 days after celebrating his 35th birthday September 22و 2022 ; During the revolutionary uprising, he joined the protests in Rasht and the agents hit him on the head with a baton, which led to a brain hemorrhage. Maziar died one day later and because he was preparing for a wedding ceremony, people bought him a wedding at his funeral.
He was also a member of Sepidroud Rasht football team's fan base and a former player of Damash Gilan football team. He was born on September 7, 1987.
