On Sunday, November 12, 2023, two individuals, Farshid Hassan Zehi, 25, son of Hanif, and Jamshid Hassan Zehi, 29, son of Abdolghani, from the village of Siyadak in Zahedan County, were sentenced to death and a total of 25 years in prison by a judge in the Revolutionary Court of Zahedan. They are currently held in Ward 9 of Zahedan Central Prison.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از کمپین فعالین بلوچ، روز یکشنبه ۲۱ آبان ماه ۱۴۰۲، “فرشید حسن زهی” ۲۵ ساله فرزند حنیف و “جمشید حسن زهی” ۲۹ ساله فرزند عبدالغنی اهل روستای سیادک شهرستان زاهدان ـ مرکز استان سیستان و بلوچستان، محبوس در بند ۹ زندان مرکزی زاهدان، توسط قاضی شعبه دادگاه انقلاب زاهدان، به اعدام و همچنین در مجموع به ۲۵ سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شدند.
براساس این گزارش، جلسه دادرسی به اتهامات فرشید حسن زهی و جمشید حسن زهی، چندی پیش و بصورت آنلاین پس از اعزام این شهروندان از بند زندان مرکزی زاهدان به واحد اداری آن زندان، از طریق ویدئو کنفرانس و فقط در یک جلسه دادرسی برگزار شده بود.
