On Wednesday, June 3, 2025, this national civil activist, residing in Tabriz, the capital of East Azerbaijan Province, was tried by the judge of Branch 2 of the Tabriz Revolutionary Court. It is worth noting that on January 10, 2025, he was summoned to Branch 15 of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office in Tabriz and presented his final defense to the investigator of the mentioned branch before the indictment was issued.
Hamed Yeganehpour was arrested by security forces on January 12, 2024, in Marand County, a part of East Azerbaijan Province, and was released after undergoing interrogation.
This national civil activist was also arrested by security forces on November 7, 2023, in Tabriz. After being transferred to the detention center of the East Azerbaijan Province Intelligence Department and undergoing interrogation and then investigation at the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office in Tabriz, he was eventually transferred to the quarantine ward of Tabriz Prison and released on bail on November 28, 2023.
This citizen from Maragheh County was also released after a few hours of interrogation following a phone summons to the Intelligence Office of Maragheh County on September 14, 2020.

روز سه شنبه ۱۳ خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۴، این فعال ملی مدنی، ساکن شهر تبریز مرکز استان آذربایجان شرقی، توسط قاضی شعبه ۲ دادگاه انقلاب تبریز، محاکمه شد. لازم به ذکر است، در تاریخ ۲۰ دی ماه ۱۴۰۳، وی به شعبه ۱۵ بازپرسی دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب تبریز، احضار و دفاعیات نهایی، پیش از تنطیم کیفرخواست را به بازپرس شعبه مذکور ارائه کرده بود.
حامد یگانه پور، در تاریخ ۲۲ دی ماه ۱۴۰۲، در شهرستان مرند از توابع استان اذربایجان شرقی، توسط ماموران امنیتی، بازداشت و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها آزاد شد.
این فعال ملی مدنی، در تاریخ ۱۶ آبان ماه ۱۴۰۲ هم توسط نیروهای امنیتی در شهر تبریز، بازداشت و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه اداره کل اطلاعات استان آذربایجان شریقی و طی مراحل بازجویی ها و سپس بازپرسی در دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب شهر تبریز، در نهایت به بند قرنطینه زندان تبریز، منتقل و در تاریخ ۷ آذر ماه ۱۴۰۲، با تودیع قرا وثیقه آزاد شد.
این شهروند اهل شهرستان مراغه، در تاریخ ۲۳ شهریور ماه ۱۳۹۹، هم پس از احضار تلفنی به اداره اطلاعات شهرستان مراغه و چند ساعت بازجویی آزاد شده بود.
