The name of Mansour Malekouti is included in a list of one thousand individuals whose executions were reported in a document published on 26 January 1989 by the United Nations Special Representative on the human rights situation in Iran. An official and public execution order was not issued. Mansour Malekouti was hanged on 6 August 1988 during the mass execution of political prisoners in Isfahan.
