به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز چهارشنبه ۲۲ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، سید محمدرضا موحد، آراز ابراهیم نژاد و جواد سودبر، شهروندان ساکن تبریز مرکز استان آذربایجان شرقی، توسط نیروهای امنیتی، بازداشت و برای تشکیل پرونده و تحقیقات به زندان مرکزی تبریز منتقل شدند.
به نقل از یک فرد نزدیک به خانواده این فرد در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”ماموران امنیتی پس از بازداشت آراز ابراهیم نژاد و جواد سودبر، هر دو نفر آنها را به دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب تبریز منتقل و پس از تفهیم اتهام اولیه با صدور قرار بازداشت ۱ ماهه برای بازجویی و تحقیقات به زندان مرکزی تبریز، منتقل کردند.”
این فرد مطلع در ادامه افزود:”بازداشت آقای محمدرضا موحد در ساعات پایانی چهارشنبه و پس از یورش نیروهای امنیتی به منزل وی صورت گرفته و او هم پس از انتقال به دادسرا و تفهیم اتهام اولیه با صدور قرار بازداشت موقت ۱ ماهه به زندان تبریز، منتقل شده است.”
