Manouchehr Khosrowdad, born on 10 February 1928 in Amol, was a Major General and helicopter pilot of the CH-47 Chinook and Bell 214 in the Imperial Iranian Army Aviation. He served as the last commander of this unit during the Pahlavi era.
Following the victory of the Iranian Revolution in 1979, he was arrested at the General Staff of the Army on 13 February 1979. He was tried by the revolutionary courts and executed on 15 February 1979. Khosrowdad was recognised as a record-breaking pilot and one of the best commanders in military aviation. He was the founder of the airborne special forces known as "NOHED", also referred to as the Green Berets of the Iranian Army.
Khosrowdad was one of the signatories of the army's declaration of neutrality on 11 February 1979.
منوچهر خسروداد (زاده ۲۱ بهمن ۱۳۰۶ در آمل – درگذشتهٔ ۲۶ بهمن ۱۳۵۷ در تهران) سرلشکر خلبان بالگرد سی اچ-۴۷ شینوک آ و بل ۲۱۴ هوانیروز نیروی زمینی شاهنشاهی ایران، و آخرین فرمانده آن در دوران پهلوی بود.
وی پس از پیروزی انقلاب ۱۳۵۷ ایران در روز ۲۴ بهمن ماه در ستاد کل ارتش دستگیر و توسط دادگاه های انقلاب محاکمه و در ۲۶ بهمن ۱۳۵۷ اعدام شد. از وی به عنوان «خلبانِ رکوردشکن» و یکی از بهترین فرماندهان ارتش در زمینه نظام هوانوردی نام برده می شد. خسروداد بنیان گذار نیروهای ویژه هوابرد معروف به «نوهد»، معروف به کلاه سبزهای ارتش ایران بود.
خسروداد یکی از امضاکنندگان اعلامیه بی طرفی ارتش در ۲۲ بهمن ۱۳۵۷ بود.
