منوچهر ملک نظامی ایرانی و معاون فرمانده تیپ زرهی قزوین و سرتیپ و فرمانده تیپ یک زرهی پهلوی بود، که پس از وقوع انقلاب در ایران به دلیل احتمال بروز کودتا علیه انقلاب، جزو دومین گروه افسران عالی رتبه ارتش شاهنشاهی ایران از جمله سرلشکر پرویز امین افشار، سرتیپ حسین همدانیان، سرتیپ نعمت الله معتمدی بودند که در ۱ اسفند ۱۳۵۷ در پشت بام ساختمان ستاد انقلاب اعدام شدند. وی متهم به سرکوب معترضان در جریان وقایع قزوین بود.

On February 20, 1979, the second group of senior military leaders of the Pahlavi regime were executed by firing squad on the rooftop of the Refah School in Tehran, which was the temporary location of the Revolutionary Court.
Manouchehr Malek, an Iranian military officer and deputy commander of the Qazvin Armoured Brigade, held the rank of brigadier general and commanded the First Armoured Brigade under the Pahlavi regime. Following the revolution in Iran, he was among the second group of high-ranking officers of the Imperial Iranian Army, including Major General Parviz Amin Afshar, Brigadier General Hossein Hamdanian, and Brigadier General Nematollah Mo'tamedi, who were executed on the rooftop of the Revolutionary Headquarters building on 20 February 1979. He was accused of suppressing protesters during the events in Qazvin.
