بهزاد صمدزاده، اهل ارومیه، در تاریخ 18 دی 1404 توسط نیروهای وزارت اطلاعات بازداشت و پس از پایان بازجویی ها به زندان مرکزی ارومیه منتقل شد. او از سوی شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب اسلامی ارومیه به اتهام اقدام علیه امنیت ملی به دو سال حبس محکوم شده که 18 ماه آن تعلیق شده است.
