Shahin Ebrahimi, a resident of Oshnavieh County in West Azerbaijan Province, was arrested on 4 April 2024 to serve his prison sentence and was transferred to the county's prison. In July 2022, during a wedding ceremony of one of the co-defendants, Ebrahimi was initially detained by the Oshnavieh County Intelligence Office. After undergoing interrogation and investigation, he was released on bail pending the completion of the judicial process. During the trial, Ebrahimi was sentenced by a judge at the Oshnavieh Revolutionary Court to three months of discretionary imprisonment. Another co-defendant was also sentenced to three months of discretionary imprisonment.
شاهین ابراهیمی، شهروند اهل شهرستان اشنویه از توابع استان آذربایجان غربی، در تاریخ 16 فروردین 1403 برای سپری کردن دوران حبس تعزیری خود بازداشت و به زندان آن شهرستان منتقل شد.
شاهین ابراهیمی در تیر ماه 1401 در جریان مراسم دامادی یکی از متهمان هم پرونده، پس از بازداشت توسط نیروهای اداره اطلاعات شهرستان اشنویه و طی مراحل بازجویی و بازپرسی، با تودیع قرار وثیقه تا اتمام مراحل دادرسی آزاد شده بود.
در مرحله دادرسی، این شهروند توسط قاضی شعبه دادگاه انقلاب اشنویه محاکمه و به تحمل 3 ماه حبس تعزیری محکوم شد. همچنین، یکی دیگر از متهمان هم به تحمل 3 ماه حبس تعزیری محکوم شد.
