Ehsan Bairaghdar, along with Parastoo Ahmadi and eight others involved in the "Caravanserai Concert" project, has faced severe judicial sentences. According to the verdict from the Criminal Court of Qom Province, each of these artists has been sentenced to 74 lashes, a two-year travel ban, and a two-year prohibition from any artistic and professional activities in the field of music. The court also ordered that their conviction be published in the country's mass media.
The charge against these artists was described as "offending public decency through the production and dissemination of indecent and unethical content on virtual platforms." This ruling is preliminary and subject to appeal.
On 12 December 2024, Parastoo Ahmadi, along with a group of musicians including Amirali Pirnia, Ehsan Bairaqdar, Soheil Faghih Nasiri, and Amin Taheri, released the "Caravanserai Concert" video on YouTube. In this performance, Parastoo Ahmadi appeared without mandatory hijab, which received widespread attention on social media.

بر اساس حکم دادگاه کیفری استان قم، این هنرمندان هر کدام به ۷۴ ضربه شلاق تعزیری، دو سال ممنوعیت خروج از کشور و دو سال محرومیت از هرگونه فعالیت هنری و صنفی در حوزه موسیقی محکوم شده اند. همچنین دادگاه حکم داده است که رأی محکومیت آنان در رسانه های جمعی کشور منتشر شود.
اتهام مطرح شده علیه این هنرمندان «جریحه دار کردن عفت عمومی از طریق تولید و انتشار محتوای مبتذل و خلاف اخلاق در بستر فضای مجازی» عنوان شده است. این حکم بدوی است و امکان تجدیدنظرخواهی دارد.
پرستو احمدی در ۲۱ آذر ۱۴۰۳ به همراه گروهی از نوازندگان، از جمله امیرعلی پیرنیا، احسان بیرقدار، سهیل فقیه نصیری و امین طاهری، ویدئوی «کنسرت کاروانسرا» را در یوتیوب منتشر کرد؛ اجرایی که در آن پرستو احمدی بدون حجاب اجباری به اجرای برنامه پرداخت و با استقبال گسترده کاربران در شبکه های اجتماعی روبه رو شد.
