On the evening of 11 November 2022, a Kurdish citizen from Takab, residing in Tehran, named Saman Rahmani, was detained by security forces while writing slogans in Qaleh Hassan Khan (Shahr-e Qods). Reports indicate that he was struck on the head with batons. On 12 November 2022, security agencies contacted Rahmani's family, requesting them to visit the forensic medicine department for identification purposes.
Rahmani's body was transferred to Takab under security measures, and it has been reported that security forces did not allow the family to wash the body. The family was also pressured to refrain from speaking to the media.
On Sunday, 13 November 2022, Rahmani's body was buried in the "Sharif Abad" cemetery in Takab, with family members present and under strict security measures. Security forces blocked the route to the cemetery to prevent public attendance at the funeral.
Additionally, it has been reported that funeral announcement channels in Takab, under pressure from the intelligence department, removed the obituary for Saman Rahmani.
Rahmani had been living in Tehran with his family for two years, with only his father residing in Takab.
شامگاه ۲۰ آبان ۱۴۰۱ ، سامان رحمانی ، شهروند کُرد اهل تکاب و ساکن تهران، در حین شعارنویسی در قلعه حسن خان (شهر قدس) توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت شد. گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که وی با ضربات باتوم به ناحیه سر مواجه شده است. نهادهای امنیتی در تاریخ ۲۱ آبان ۱۴۰۱ با خانواده رحمانی تماس گرفته و از آنها درخواست کردند برای تشخیص هویت به پزشکی قانونی مراجعه کنند.
پیکر سامان رحمانی تحت تدابیر امنیتی به تکاب منتقل شد و گزارش شده است که نیروهای امنیتی اجازه شست وشوی پیکر را به خانواده اش ندادند. همچنین خانواده تحت فشار قرار گرفتند که از گفت وگو با رسانه ها خودداری کنند.
پیکر سامان رحمانی در روز یکشنبه ۲۲ آبان ۱۴۰۱ با حضور خانواده و تحت تدابیر شدید امنیتی در آرامستان «شریف آباد» تکاب به خاک سپرده شد. نیروهای امنیتی مسیر منتهی به آرامستان را مسدود کردند تا از حضور مردم در مراسم خاکسپاری جلوگیری کنند.
همچنین گزارش شده است که کانال های مجالس ترحیم تکاب با فشار اداره اطلاعات آگهی ترحیم سامان رحمانی را حذف کردند.
سامان رحمانی از دو سال قبل به همراه خانواده اش در تهران زندگی می کرد و تنها پدر وی در تکاب بوده است.
