سید علی حبیبی موسوی خامنه یکی از افرادی بود که در ۶ دی ۱۳۸۸ در جریان تظاهرات تاسوعا و عاشورای ۱۳۸۸ هواداران جنبش سبز کشته شد. او خواهرزادهٔ میرحسین موسوی بود و در زمان مرگ ۴۳ سال داشت.
او در زمان مرگ دارای یک دختر ۱۷ ساله و یک پسر ۷ ساله بود. ابراهیم موسوی برادر او پیش از این در جنگ ایران و عراق کشته شده بود.
او ظهر حوالی ساعت ۱۲ الی ۱۳ روز ۶ دی ۱۳۸۸ (عاشورا)، دریکی از خیابان های فرعی تهران (خیابان شایان) در جریان تظاهرات روز عاشورا از ناحیه کتف هدف گلوله سرنشینان سیاه پوش پاترول سیاه قرار گرفت و بعد از انتقال به بیمارستان ابن سینا واقع در فلکه دوم صادقیه جان باخت.

Seyed Ali Mousavi was killed on December 27, 2009, during the Tasua and Ashura protests of 2009 by supporters of the Green Movement.
Seyed Ali Habibi Mousavi Khameneh was one of the individuals who lost his life on 27 December 2009 during the Tasua and Ashura protests of 2009 by supporters of the Green Movement. He was the nephew of Mir Hossein Mousavi and was 43 years old at the time of his death. At the time of his passing, he had a daughter who was 17 years old and a son who was seven years old. His brother, Ebrahim Mousavi, had previously been killed during the Iran-Iraq war.
On the afternoon of 27 December 2009, between 12:00 and 13:00, Seyed Ali Habibi Mousavi Khameneh was shot in the shoulder by occupants of a black Patrol vehicle dressed in black, on a side street in Tehran (Shayan Street) during the Ashura day protests. He was subsequently transferred to Ibn Sina Hospital located at the second Sadeghieh Square, where he passed away.
