محسن قیصری جوان ۳۲ ساله کرد اهل ایلام بود که در جریان خیزش ۱۴۰۱ ایران در روز ۳۰ شهریور در نزدیکی پارک کودک ایلام و توسط یکی از مأموران یگان ویژه با شلیک دو گلوله به سینه و سرش کشته شد.
روز جمعه ۱ مهر ماه مراسم خاکسپاری محسن قیصری، تبدیل به محل تجمع اعتراضی مردم شد. بنا به گزارش های دریافتی، مردم حاضر در صحنه خاکسپاری شعارهایی سر دادند.
نیروهای سرکوبگر انتظامی و امنیتی در جریان تظاهرات و اعتراضات مردم این شهر به کشته شدن محسن قیصری، به سوی مردم معترض تیراندازی کرده بودند.

On Friday, September 23, the funeral of Mohsen Gheysri became a place of protest gathering. According to the received reports, the people present at the funeral scene chanted slogans.
Repressive police and security forces had shot at the protesting people during the demonstrations and protests of the people of this city against the killing of Mohsen Gheysari.
