On Wednesday, February 28, 2024, Saeed Ahmadi, son of Ardeshir, born in 1983, residing in Tehran and a civil activist, received a written summons to serve part of his total four-year prison sentence.
It is noteworthy that Saeed Ahmadi was arrested on March 14, 2023, by Ministry of Intelligence agents in Vali Asr Square, Tehran. After being severely beaten, he was transferred to Ward 209 of Evin Prison for interrogation and the formation of a legal case, where he was interrogated for 12 days. From the day of his arrest, he was also deprived of the right to contact and visit his mother for one month.
After the interrogation process, on March 26, 2023, Saeed Ahmadi was charged with gathering and colluding to disrupt national security, disturbing public order, propaganda activities against the regime, insulting the leadership on social media, and publishing caricature banners. Ultimately, after several months of uncertainty, in October 2023, he was released from Evin Prison on bail of 20 billion tomans until the completion of the judicial proceedings.
With the start of the judicial proceedings, Saeed Ahmadi was tried on May 9, 2023, and shortly thereafter was sentenced to a total of four years in prison for the charges of gathering and colluding against national security, insulting the leadership on social media, publishing caricature banners, and propaganda activities against the regime. The initial verdict was upheld due to the absence of an appeal against it.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز چهارشنبه ۹ اسنفد ماه ۱۴۰۲، سعید احمدی، فرزند: اردشیر، متولد: ۱۳۶۲، ساکن: تهران و فعال مدنی، با دریافت ابلاغیه ای کتبی، برای سپری کردن بخشی از مجموع حبس تعزیری ۴ ساله خود احضار شد.
لازم به اشاره است، سعید احمدی، در تاریخ ۲۳ اسفند ماه ۱۴۰۱، توسط ماموران وزارت اطلاعات در میدان ولیعصر تهران، دستگیر و پس ذاز ضرب و شتم شدید برای بازجویی و تشکیل پرونده قضایی به بند ۲۰۹ آن نهاد امنیتی واقع در زندان اوین، منتقل و به مدت ۱۲ روز تحت بازجویی قرار گرفت و از روز بازداشت هم به مدت ۱ ماه از حق تماس و ملاقات با مادر خود محروم شده بود.
پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها، سعید احمدی، در تاریخ ۶ فروردین ماه ۱۴۰۲، از بابت اتهامات اجتماع و تبانی به قصد برهم زدن امنیت کشور ، اخلال در نظم عمومی ، فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام ، توهین به رهبری در فضای مجازی و انتشار بنرهای کاریکاتور تفهیم اتهام و در نهایت پس از تحمل چندی ماه بلاتکلیفی در مهر ماه ۱۴۰۲، با تودیع وثیقه ای به مبلغ ۲ میلیارد تومان تا اتمام مراحل دادرسی از زندان اوین آزاد شد.
با آغاز مراحل دادرسی، سعید احمدی، در تاریخ ۲۰ اردیبهشت ماه ۱۴۰۲، محاکمه و چندی بعد از بابت اتهام اجتماع و تبانی علیه امنیت کشور ، توهین به رهبری در فضای مجازی و انتشار بنرهای کاریکاتور و فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام در مجموع به تحمل ۴ سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شد و در پی عدم اعتراض حکم صادره بدوی بر علیه این متهم عینا تائید شد.
