In another report, it has been stated that on 17 August 2023, Zilan Molai and her sister Zaryan Molai, residents of Sanandaj, were released on bail after undergoing interrogation and being charged.
Earlier, on 13 August 2023, Zaryan Molai and Zilan Molai, two student sisters from Sanandaj, were arrested by government forces. Reports indicate that the government forces entered the family home of the two sisters without presenting a judicial warrant and proceeded with their arrest.
According to available information, Zaryan Molai, a first-term undergraduate student in architectural engineering, and her sister, Zilan Molai, a second-term undergraduate student in architectural engineering at the Sanandaj Technical College, were arrested at their family home in Sanandaj.
در خبری دیگر، گزارش شده است که در تاریخ 26 مرداد 1402، زیلان مولایی و خواهر وی زریان ملایی، اهل شهر سنندج، پس از طی مراحل بازجویی و تفهیم اتهام، با تودیع قرار وثیقه آزاد شدند.
پیشتر، در تاریخ 22 مرداد 1402، زریان ملایی و زیلان ملایی، دو خواهر دانشجوی اهل سنندج، توسط نیروهای حکومتی بازداشت شدند.
گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که نیروهای حکومتی بدون ارائه برگه قضایی به منزل خانوادگی این دو خواهر وارد شده و اقدام به بازداشت آنها کرده اند.
بر اساس اطلاعات موجود، زریان ملایی در ترم اول کارشناسی مهندسی معماری و خواهرش، زیلان ملایی، در ترم دوم کارشناسی مهندسی معماری دانشکده فنی سنندج، در منزل خانوادگی خود در سنندج بازداشت شده اند.
