Zeinab Alipour, a resident of Behbahan in Khuzestan Province, was recently summoned to Branch 101 of the Criminal Court 2 in that city with a written notice.
According to the notice issued by the head of the office of Branch 101 of the Criminal Court 2 in Behbahan, Zeinab Alipour is scheduled to appear before Judge Mohammad Ali Kaidi on November 14, 2023, to present her defense regarding charges of insulting officials, agents, government authorities, and the clergy, as well as engaging in propaganda activities against the regime.
It is noteworthy that Zeinab Alipour was arrested by security forces in Behbahan in the spring of 2020. After undergoing interrogation and being charged, she was released on bail in August of the same year until the completion of the judicial proceedings.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، طی روزهای اخیر، زینب علی پور، ساکن شهرستان بهبهان از توابع استان خوزستان، با دریافت ابلاغیه ای کتبی به شعبه ۱۰۱ دادگاه کیفری ۲ آن شهرستان، احضار شد.
براساس ابلاغیه صادره توسط رئیس دفتر شعبه ۱۰۱ دادگاه کیفری ۲ شهرستان بهبهان، مقرر شده تا زینب علی پور، در تاریخ ۲۳ آبان ماه ۱۴۰۲، برای ارائه دفاعیات خود از بابت اتهامات(توهین به مقامات، مامورین، مسئولین نظام و روحانیت) و (فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام) به قاضی محمدعلی کایدی، در شعبه مذکور حاضر شود.
لازم به اشاره است، زینب علی پور، در بهار۱۳۹۹، توسط نیروهای امنیتی در شهرستان بهبهان، دستگیر و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام به زندان آن شهرستان، در مرداد ماه همان سال با تودیع قرار وثیقه تا اتمام مراحل دادرسی آزاد شدند.
