Zeinab Bahar Khaniabpour, a resident of Behbahan in Khuzestan Province, was recently sentenced to two years in prison. She had previously been sentenced to three months and one day in prison in another part of the same case for protesting against the mandatory hijab.
The lawyer for the defendant announced on a personal page that the client was sentenced to two years in prison by the judge of Branch 104 of the Criminal Court 2 of Behbahan for the charge of publishing images without a hijab on social media.
The court session for the second part of Zeinab Bahar Khaniabpour's legal case was held on October 9, 2023, in Branch 104 of the Criminal Court 2 of Behbahan.
On November 4, 2023, Zeinab Bahar Khaniabpour was tried by the judge of the Revolutionary Court of Mahshahr in the first part of the same case and was sentenced in early December 2023 to three months and one day in prison for the charge of propaganda against the regime.
On May 24, 2023, Zeinab Bahar Khaniabpour received a written summons to the investigation branch of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office for interrogation and was tried on October 9, 2023, by the judge of Branch 104 of the Criminal Court 2 of Behbahan for charges related to actions offending public decency and morality and appearing in public without the Islamic hijab in the first part of her legal case.
Additionally, in December 2022, Zeinab Bahar Khaniabpour's clothing store was sealed by the Public Places Supervision Department of the Law Enforcement Force due to her participation in nationwide protests and not conducting daily activities. A case was opened against her with charges of propaganda against the regime and public walks without a hijab. On December 21, 2023, when she went to the Criminal Court of Behbahan to have her business unsealed, she was detained after being informed of the charges and transferred to prison. She was released on bail on December 27, 2023, and later, the case was closed following a directive from the judiciary, and her business was unsealed.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، طی روزهای اخیر، زینب بهار خنیاب پور، ساکن بهبهبان از توابع استان خوزستان، که پیشتر در بخش دیگر پرونده قضایی خود توسط قاضی شعبه ۱۰۴ دادگاه کیفری ۲ شهرستان بهبهان، محاکمه شده بود به تحمل ۲ سال حبس، محکوم شد. این شهروند معترض به حجاب اجباری در بخش دیگر از همین پرونده به تحمل ۳ ماه و ۱ روز حبس تعزیری محکوم شده است.
سجاد چترسفید، وکیل مدافع متهم این پرونده با اعلام این خبر در صفحه شخصی خود تشریح کرد:”موکلم، از بابت اتهام انتشار تصاویر بدون حجاب در فضای مجازی توسط قاضی شعبه ۱۰۴ دادگاه کیفری ۲ بهبهان به ۲ سال حبس محکوم شد.
لازم به اشاره است، جلسه دادگاه رسیدگی به بخش دوم پرونده قضایی زینب بهار خنیاب پور، در تاریخ ۱۷ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۲، در شعبه ۱۰۴ دادگاه کیفری ۲ شهرستان بهبهان برگزار شده بود.
زینب بهار خنیاب پور، در تاریخ ۱۳ آبان ماه ۱۴۰۲، توسط قاضی شعبه دادگاه انقلاب شهرستان ماهشهر، در بخش اول از همین پرونده، محاکمه و اوایل آذر ماه ۱۴۰۲، به اتهام فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام به تحمل ۳ ماه و ۱ روز حبس محکوم شده بود.
زینب بهار خنیاب پور، در تاریخ ۳ خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲، با دریافت ابلاغیه ای کتبی به شعبه بازپرسی در دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب جهت بازپرسی و تفهیم اتهام احضار و پس از طی مراحل بازپرسی و تفهیم اتهام در تاریخ ۱۷ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۲، از بابت اتهامات انتشار یا در معرض انظار عمومی قرار دادن چیزی که عفت و اخلاق عمومی را جریحه دار می کند و حضور در معابر و انظار عمومی بدون حجاب شرعی توسط قاضی شعبه ۱۰۴ دادگاه کیفری۲ بهبهان، در بخش اول پرونده قضایی خود محاکمه شده بود.
همچنین، در آذر ماه ۱۴۰۱، مغازه لباس فروشی زینب بهار خنیاب پور، به علت حضور وی در اعتراضات سراسری و عدم انجام فعالیت های روزانه، توسط ماموران اداره نظارت بر اماکن عمومی نیروی انتظامی، پلمب و پرونده ای برای وی با مضامین اتهامی فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام و پیاده روی توام با کشف حجاب در انظار عمومی گشوده شد و در تاریخ ۳۰ آذر ماه ۱۴۰۲، وقتی که برای فک پلمب محل کسب خود به شعبه دادگاه کیفری بههبان مراجعه کرده بود پس از تفهیم اتهام، بازداشت و به زندان منتقل گردید و در تاریخ ۶ دی ماه ۱۴۰۲، با تودیع وثیقه آزاد شد و چندی بعد آن پرونده وی ر راستای اعمل بخشنامه قوه قضائیه مختومه و محل کسب او هم فک پلمب شد.
