A source close to the family of this citizen reported that security agents raided Mr. Mehraban's workplace, a barbershop, around 9 PM, arresting him and transferring him to an undisclosed location.

Sajjad Chatresfid, the defense attorney in this case, shared this news on his personal page, explaining that his client, Mohammad Hassan Omid Mehraban, a resident of Behbahan, was sentenced by the judge of the Revolutionary Court in Mahshahr to 1 year, 3 months, and 1 day of imprisonment for insulting the leadership, and 6 months and 1 day for propaganda against the regime. Half of the severest punishment has been suspended for 3 years, and this verdict is subject to appeal.
It is worth mentioning that after his arrest, Omid Mehraban was transferred to a detention center for case formation, but his exact location remains unknown.
Additionally, according to Mehraban's associates, he had been summoned by phone to the IRGC Intelligence office in Behbahan some time ago.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز شنبه ۱۸شهریورماه ۱۴۰۲، امید مهربان، ساکن شهرستان بهبهان در استان خوزستان، پس از بازداشت توسط ماموران اطاعات سپاه پاسداران، به مکان نامعلومی منتقل شد.
به نقل از یک فرد نزدیک به خانواده این شهروند در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”ماموران امنیتی حدود ساعت ۹ شب با یورش به محل کار آقای مهربان که در یک آرایشگاه، وی را بازداشت و به مکان ناملعومی منتقل کردند.”
اردیبهشت ماه ۱۴۰۳، محمدحسن امید مهربان به تحمل حبس تعزیری محکوم شد.
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، طی روزهای اخیر، محمدحسن امید مهربان، ساکن شهرستان بهبهان از توابع استان خوزستان، توسط قاشی شعبه دادگاه انقلاب شهرستان ماهشهر، در مجموع به تحمل ۱ سال و ۹ ماه و ۲ روز حبس تعزیری محکوم شد.
سجاد چترسفید، وکیل مدافع متهم این پرونده با اعلام این خبر در صفحه شخصی خود تشریح کرد:”موکلم، محمد حسن مهربان امید مهربان ، ساکن شهرستان بهبهان، توسط قاضی شعبه دادگاه انقلاب ماهشهر بابت اتهام توهین به رهبری به ۱ سال و ۳ماه و ۱ روز حبس تعزیری و بابت اتهام تبلیغ علیه نظام هم به تحمل ۶ ماه و ۱ روز حبس تعزیری محکوم شده است. یک دوم مجازات اشد به مدت ۳ سال تعلیق شده و این رآی قابل تجدیدنظر خواهی است.”
لازم به اشاره است، امید مهربان، پس از بازداشت برای تشکیل پرونده به بازداشتگاه منتقل شده اما از مکان دقیق نگهداری وی اطلاعی حاصل نشده است.
همچنین، با توجه به اعلام نزدیکان امید مهریان، وی چندی پیش، بصورت تلفنی به اداره اطلاعات سپاه شهرستان بهبهان احضار شده بود.
