It should be noted that Moseib Raisi Yeganeh was arrested by the security forces on October 31, 2022 and was released after some time, but again on February 25, 1401, he was arrested by the security forces and transferred to the security ward in Evin prison. He was transferred to Ward 4 (quarantine ward) of Evin prison after the interrogation and explanation of the charges, and after some time he was released on bail, but he was kidnapped from his home by the security forces again on 17 April 2023.
He was first arrested on 19 September 2017 by the agents of the Ministry of Information and after being transferred to Section 209 of this security body and during the interrogation and explanation of charges, after 1 month he was transferred to Ward 4 of Evin Prison and after a while he was released on bail until completion. The proceedings were released.
With the beginning of the proceedings, Moseib (Mohsen) Raisi was tried by Branch 28 of the Tehran Revolution Court headed by then Judge Mohammad Moqiseh, on charges of (insulting Islamic holy things), (propaganda activity against the system) and (insulting Ruhollah Khomeini) and in The total was sentenced to 6 years of imprisonment and after protesting and referring this sentence to Branch 36 of the Court of Appeal of Tehran Province on May 25, 2019, it was confirmed exactly and on February 4, 2020, after being summoned to the Prosecutor's Office's Judgment Execution Branch. Evin Prison was arrested and transferred to Evin Prison to endure his imprisonment.
Moseib (Mohsen) Raisi Yaganeh was sentenced to 1 year of suspended imprisonment in 2016 after being arrested and during the interrogation and investigation stages in the trial phase by the Revolutionary Court of Khuzestan on the charge of (propaganda activity against the regime), which after filing a second case His suspended sentence had been turned into punishment.
