Seyed Malek Davarshenas Mousavi, born in 2000 and a resident of Karkheh, Shavor district in Khuzestan province, was sentenced to death by the judge of Branch 2 of the Revolutionary Court in Dezful.
A human rights activist reported that in the verdict issued by the judge of Branch 2 of the Revolutionary Court in Dezful, Seyed Malek Davarshenas Mousavi was sentenced to death on charges of acting against national security, specifically rebellion.
The activist elaborated on the charges against the accused, stating that Seyed Malek Davarshenas Mousavi was sentenced to death for acting against national security, specifically rebellion, which implies armed struggle. However, at the time of his arrest, no weapons were found on him, and he had not engaged in any armed actions. His only action leading to his arrest and prosecution was setting fire to a base in Karkheh. Following the initial ruling and the appeal by his family and defense lawyer, a defense bill was prepared, and the case was referred to the Supreme Court for further review.
It is worth mentioning that Seyed Malek Davarshenas Mousavi, along with Abbas Khezraji Khosraji, was arrested by security forces in Karkheh in May 2021. After being transferred to the detention center of the Khuzestan Provincial Intelligence Department and undergoing interrogation and charge notification, they were moved to Ward 5 of Sheiban Central Prison in Ahvaz.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، طی روزهای گذشته، سیدمالک داورشناس موسوی ، متولد: ۱۳۷۹، اهل و ساکن شهرستان کرخه رشگ شاوور از توابع استان خوزستان توسط قاضی شعبه ۲ دادگاه انقلاب دزفول، به اعداممحکوم شد.
کریم دحیمی، فعال حقوق بشر، ضمن اعلام این خبر، به گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران گفت:”در دادنامه صادر شده توسط قاضی شعبه ۲ دادگاه انقلاب شهرستان دزفول؛ سیدمالک داورشناس موسوی ، از بابت اتهام اقدام علیه امنیت ملی ـ بغی به اعدام محکوم شده است.”
این فعال حقوق بشر در تشریح اتهامات منتسب شده به متهم این پرونده گفت:”در حالی سیدمالک داورشناس موسوی ، از بابت اتهام اقدام علیع امنیت ملی ـ بغی که معنی آن مبارزه مسلحانه است به اعدام محکوم شده که در زمان بازداشت وی هیچگونه سلاحی از وی کشف نشده و حتی وی تا زمان بازداشت هیچگونه اقدام مسلحانه ای انجام نداده بود و تنها اقدام وی که منجر به بازداشت و پرونده سازی بر علیه او شده آتش زدن در پایگاه شهرستان کرخه است و به همین علت پس از ابلاغ حکم بدوی و اعلام اعتراض خانواده و وکیل مدافع وی به حکم مذکور، لایحه دفاعیه ای تنظیم و پرونده برای بررسی مجدد به شعبه دیوان عالی کشور ارجاع شده است.”
لازم به اشاره است، سیدمالک داورشناس موسوی به همراه عباس خزرجی خسرجی ، در اردیبهشت ماه ۱۴۰۰، توسط نیروهای امنیتی در شهرستان کرخه، بازداشت و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه اداره کل اطلاعات استان خوزستان و طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام به بند ۵ زندان شیبان مرکزی اهواز منتقل شدند.
